Errors from Ancestry Hints or Web Search Results

We have received reports from customers who are experiencing some issues when viewing Ancestry hints or web search results.  Infrequently, instead of seeing the Ancestry record as expected, customers are seeing a 404 error, blank screen, or loading screen that doesn't seem to complete.

These issues are happening on the Ancestry website itself outside of Family Tree Maker as well, and have been reported to Ancestry.  As a workaround, simply refresh the page, or go back a step and start over with reviewing the hint or conducting the search to find the record that had difficulty loading.
