To submit a crash log to technical support for diagnosis, please follow these steps:
1. Reproduce the issue with the application quitting unexpectedly.
2. Launch FTM and click Advanced Startup Options in the window that appears.
3. Click the View Most Recent Crash Log button.
4. The crash log will open in a Notepad document. Save the document and send the file to us in a reply to the email you have received from our Technical Support Department (or just send it to: familytreemaker@mackiev.com).
