To submit a crash log to technical support for diagnosis, please follow these steps:
1. Reproduce the issue with the application quitting unexpectedly.
2. Launch FTM and c
lick Advanced Startup Options in the window that appears.3. Click the View Most Recent Crash Log button.
4. The crash log will open in a Notepad document. Save the document and send the file to us in a reply to the email you have received from our Technical Support Department (or just send it to: familytreemaker@mackiev.com).
