Printing outside the Publish tab in Family Tree Maker 2012-2014
There are several printing options available outside of the Publish Tab. The Publish Tab has the most printing and customizing options, but you can still get quick and easy reports from the tab you are currently on without having to switch.

Printing from the People Tab
There are seven printing options available from the People tab.
All of these reports will print with the options from the preferred template. You can change the preferred template to customize the look of your chart.

Pedigree Chart
The Standard Pedigree Chart is the most typical tree used by genealogists. It displays the direct-line ancestors of an individual.
Family Group Sheet
The Family Group Sheet shows a single family (parents and their children), including names, birth information, death information, marriage information, and notes. You will be asked if you want to include sources or not.
Family View Report
The Family View Report is a hybrid of the Pedigree Chart and the Family Group Sheet. It shows the 4 generation pedigree with the father, mother and children listed below as in the Family Group Sheet.
Individual Report
The Individual Report includes the details about a person in the tree. This includes facts, shared facts, and notes. You will be asked if you want to include sources or not.
Photo Album
The Photo Album includes a short summary of the selected person along with the images linked to the person.
Relationship Chart
The Relationship Chart presents a graphical display of one person's relationship to another, including the relationship of each person in between.
Timeline Report
The Timeline report lists all of the events chronologically for the focus person.
Printing from the Places Tab
Map
This option prints the map you are currently looking at.
Place Usage Report
The Place Usage Report lists all of the locations entered in the tree, who the location is associated with, and which facts the location is listed for. You have an option to print a Place Usage Report for all the places in your tree or just the place you have currently selected.
Printing from the Media Tab
Media Item
This will print the media item you currently have selected.
Media Item Report
The Media Item Report includes information about a single, selected media file. The report includes the information entered in the Media Detail box in addition to the people, facts, and sources the media file is linked to.
Media Usage Report
The Media Usage Report lists the name and thumbnail of all of the media files that are in the tree, along with the people, facts, and sources the file is linked to.
Printing from the Sources Tab
Source Usage Report
The Source Usage Report lists the source repositories and citations that you have used in your tree. It includes the names of each person associated with the source and the facts the source supports. You have the option to create a report for just the source you have selected or for all the sources in your tree.
