PICKING UP DOWNLOAD LINKS AT THE REPLACEMENT CENTER
1. To get started, click here to go to the FTM 2014.1 and Mac 3.1 Replacement Center. Fill out the form, then click the Check Registration button.
2. If you've typed in your information correctly, you will see a short message saying "We have found your registration. You may download a replacement copy for free." Click the Continue button to proceed.
3. On the next screen, you are given the option to upgrade to a Family Pack license. You can read about the Family Pack by clicking SHOW DETAILS. Whether you choose the free download, or the option to upgrade to a Family Pack, click NEXT to continue.
4. After clicking NEXT, you will be taken to the Family Tree Maker Gift Collection. As you'll see on-screen, you may wonder how it is that we can provide free updates and support for Family Tree Maker - we have several special offers for FTM users that may help you in your research, which also help to fund ongoing development. Click NEXT to continue through each page of the gift collection. When you get to the order page, click the Order Now button.
5. Fill in your order details on the next page, and click NEXT.
6. Make sure you click the Complete Order button on the page with your order summary. The next page will provide you with download links for FTM 2014.1 or Mac 3.1 that you can click to start downloading the installer. You'll also receive the download links via email. Click on the link to start the download.
