How do I uninstall Family Tree Maker for Windows?

Note: If you plan on reinstalling Family Tree Maker, make sure that you have the installation media (DVD or USB stick) or ESD (Electronic Service Download) available before proceeding.
Uninstalling Family Tree Maker
- Close Family Tree Maker.
- On your keyboard, hold down the Windows key and press R to bring up the Run dialogue box.
- Type appwiz.cpl in the Run dialogue box and click the OK button.
- From the list of installed programs, select the version of Family Tree Maker you want to uninstall.
- Click Uninstall.
- Select Yes in the User Account Control warning.
