Sync and Web Search Outages for FTM 2017


There have been frequent unexpected interruptions in sync connectivity for FTM 2017 since around 12:45 pm on April 20 (Boston time), which have continued into the next day.  There have also been reports of issues with web search, likely related to the issues that are affecting sync.  We would encourage you to be patient and cautious, waiting to sync until service has been fully restored, with steady green weather.

We always encourage safe syncing practices, including backing up your tree before syncing so you can restore it in the event of any unforeseen issues.
