If you are using FTM 2017 for Mac, you may encounter an issue while syncing your tree with Ancestry where media is not uploading during sync. There was an update made recently on Ancestry which affected media uploads from FTM 2017 (Mac only - this does not affect Windows users). Our engineers are aware of the issue and are working on a fix, which we hope to have ready in an update very soon. In the meantime, rest assured that your tree and its media are safe, and the media should sync properly once the issue has been addressed.
